Congratulations to all our graduates! We cannot wait to celebrate with you in person in New Brunswick on June 3, 2022. The graduation ceremonies will both take place at the Fredericton Convention Centre.

Please find a detailed list of events below:
Graduation ceremonies (all times are in ADT – Atlantic Daylight Time):
10:00 a.m. – Master of Education and Bachelor of Business Administration ceremony, followed by a brief reception
1:30 p.m. – Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology ceremony, followed by a brief reception
**Graduates are asked to please arrive 1.5 hours prior to the ceremony to get in place for the event.
Gown process:
Your gowns will be ready for pick-up at the Fredericton Convention Centre in the Conference Office on Thursday, June 2, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or again from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 3.
Please enter through the Queen Street entrance (main doors) and you will be directed to the Conference Office. This is where you will pick up your gowns, hoods, caps and name cards. You will need to sign a waiver for the gown, but a deposit will not be required.
Gowns are to be returned to the Conference Office following the reception. $150 will be charged for any gowns not returned.
Graduation day entering the ceremony:
Please meet in the Pointe Sainte-Anne Atrium and find a Marshal holding a sign with your program. Here you will be directed to form a line in alphabetical order. You will then enter together as a graduating class.
Invited guests:
Doors will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony and seating is first come first serve.
Getting to the ceremonies:
The Fredericton Convention Centre is located in the heart of downtown.
Get Directions:
Approaching from east (Moncton, Saint John, Halifax)
- Follow Route #2, Trans Canada Highway
- Take exit 294 to merge onto NB-7 N toward NB-8 Fredericton/Miramichi/Mactaquac
- Continue onto Vanier Hwy W
- Turn right onto Regent St/NB-101 N (signs for Regent Street N/Fredericton centre). Follow into the downtown core, through 7 sets of lights.
- Turn right onto King St (entrance to attached parking garage will be here on your left)
- Turn left onto St John St st the lights
- Turn left onto Queen St/NB-102 N
- Destination will be on the left
Approaching from west (Edmundston, Bangor, Maine)
- Travel on Route #2 Trans Canada Highway
- Slight left onto NB-8 N (signs for Fredericton/Miramichi
- Take exit 6B for NB-101 N/Regent Street toward Aitken Centre
- Merge onto Regent St/NB-101 N. Follow into downtown core, through 8 sets of lights
- Turn right onto King St (entrance to attached parking garage will be here on your left)
- Turn left onto St John St
- Turn left onto Queen St/NB-102 N
- Destination will be on the left

After party:
Graduates from all three programs are also invited to attend a special after-party hosted by the Alumni Association, held at the Fredericton Convention Centre from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m. There will be entertainment, giveaways, a cash bar and snacks.
Photos:
There will be a photographer covering the ceremonies and taking photos of the graduates on stage. We will send out a link after the graduation where you will be able to access your photos.
